Světlé Výčepní Pivo (Pale Draft Beer) ABV: 3.7% In this collab with Resident Culture, we dry hopped to create this light, citrus forward beer. Utilizing Czech grown Kazbek with US Lórien, tangy fruit and citrus peel combine for a refreshing, hop forward lager. Orange peel, Gooseberry, White Grapes.

11° Nakuřované Pivo (Smoked Beer) 4.4% ABV. Our friends at Troubadour Maltings smoked some of their malt with cherry tree wood to add a rich layer of smoke flavor and aroma to this pale lager. With a delicate touch of citrus finish, we think you’ll enjoy this rarely brewed style. Smokey, Toasted Bread, Savory.

Cohesion 12º

Světlý Ležák (Pale Lager) 4.6% ABV. Triple decocted and hopped for a slightly bitter balance, this beer is our version of the most famous Czech beer style. Sweet hay, herbal, pleasant bitterness.

Cohesion Tmavé 14º

Speciální Pivo (Special Dark Beer) 5.1% ABV. Dark brown with rich malt flavors, this double decocted lager has flavors of toffee and a touch dark chocolate, with a light finish. Rich, light chocolate, full-bodied.

Cohesion Vánoční 17º

Vánoční speciální pivo (Winter Special Beer) 6.5% ABV. A garnet colored lager with a rich malt flavor, this double decocted lager has enough malty goodness to keep you warm on a chilly winter night. Toasted bread, caramel, toffee.

Primitive Brewing - Lunar Contraption

5.2% ABV. Blend of Primitive Beer on white peaches and wet hops. A fuzzy peach mouthfeel while promoting funk-over-fruit flavor, petrichor minerality, and pleasant bitterness.

Amalgam Brewing - Uncharted Paths

5.5% ABV. This New Zealand-style Pils boasts notes of pineapple, zesty citrus, and floral white grapes atop a clean pilsner malt foundation.

Lady Justice - Heck Yeah! Guava Seltzer (GF)

6.5% ABV. Light and fruity with a smooth finish, this gluten free seltzer has crisp and clean flavors derived from real fruit.

Untitled Art - Florida Seltzer - Blackberry Agave (GF)

5% ABV. Crisp, tart & refreshing Hard Seltzer is crafted with natural blackberry and agave flavors.

<0.5% ABV. Non-alcoholic Malt Beverage Brewed with Citra & Mosaic hops.

Untitled Art - Mango Dragonfruit (NA)

<0.5% ABV. Non-alcoholic version of a malt beverage. Brewed and fermented with real mango, pink guava, and red dragonfruit.

Outside of our taproom, you can find our beer poured in the following local spots: King of Wings (Golden and Wheat Ridge), Tap and Handle (Fort Collins) and Occidental (Denver).

Czech Pour Styles

The classic way of draughting Czech lager, with a thick creamy head, and a full, balanced flavor. Roughly translates to “perfect pour.“
Drawn from the tap with a substantial, four-finger foam to impart a refined bitterness and velvety mouth-feel. Translates to “slice.“
A rich and original all-foam specialty designed to impart beer with a hint of satisfying sweetness. Meant to be drunk in one gulp. Translates to “milk.“
